| In this role Mr. Harper will assume full commercial, operational and strategic growth responsibilities for the Harper Truck Centres Inc. dealership operations in Mississauga, Milton, Oshawa and Woodbridge.

| Mr. Harper, co-owner of the Harper group of companies, brings more than 25 years experience in the truck service and support business. He continually shows a commitment to the commercial vehicle marketplace as evidenced through Harper’s merger and acquisition activity into Sterling, Freightliner and Western Star truck franchises dominant within the Ontario marketplace.
